Egg Farmers of Canada (“EFC”) maintains websites currently located at eggquality.ca, eggs.ca and eggfarmers.ca (“Our Websites”). Our Websites are provided to you subject to your compliance with these terms and conditions of use (“Terms and Conditions”). These Terms and Conditions apply to Our Websites and to each of them individually. By accessing or using Our Websites, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, please do not access or use Our Websites.
Modification to the terms and conditions
EFC reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued access to or use of Our Websites after such changes indicates your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as modified. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions regularly.

The downloading of Our Websites and content on Our Websites (the “Content”) is done at your own risk. Use of Authorized Areas and Passwords
Certain areas of the Our Websites (the “Authorized Areas”) are restricted to registered users approved by EFC and require authorization for access. Unauthorized use of or access to the Authorized Areas is prohibited and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution. If you are not an authorized user of the Authorized Areas or do not consent to continued monitoring, you should not attempt to access the Authorized Areas.
